A monologue that, as always, puts the details of everyday life that unite us under the microscope. For an hour and a half, Lambros overanalyzes life, mocks his entire existence, complains about almost everything, and then complains about the rest. With his stormy pace and the communication he has with the audience, Lambros creates in each performance a company that lives only for that evening.
With over 15 years of experience in stand-up comedy, 40 years in life, 10 years of marriage, 8 years as a parent and with an 80-year-old soul, Lambros finds the hidden comedy in everything that surrounds us. Weddings in chapels, strange children’s names, the stages of arguments in a relationship, the masochism of camping, the madness of the breakfast buffet, the position of Greece, cool scientific research, the lives of parents who have no life but have children, the coolness of every diet, what happens when you turn 40 and other such topics of no importance that concern him and for some reason he believes should concern you too.
A few words about Lambros:
He started stand-up comedy in the Netherlands about 15 years ago. He has presented three stand-up comedy solo shows (“Here is a Wise Man”, “See the Positive” and “Here is the Light”) that have been sold out wherever they have been performed in Greece, Europe, Australia, Canada and the USA. His best of show “These Are Things” which was presented at the Palaio Faliro Closed Theatre is the largest stand-up comedy show ever performed in Greece with an audience of 5,000 people.
He is the creator and host of the television comedy show “Burn the Script”, the screenwriter of the series “I Have Children” and “The 592 Euro Generation”, the host of the comedy panel show “The 100”, the talk show “Evening Stories” and YouTube’s “Big Talk” and “Small Talk”. Among other things, he maintains the weekly podcast “These Are Things” and is the founder-artistic director of the largest Greek comedy festival, the “Athens Comedy Festival”.
